Intercession / 2023

Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in whom I take refuge, who subdues peoples under me.

(Psalm 144:1)

This verse and collage painting has been my prayer as I seek God for deeper understanding of intercessory prayer for my family and friends, the lost, America, the war in Israel and the nations.

My husband and I joined a prayer line group a few months back that meets via Zoom at 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily to learn how to pray more effectively. Psalm 144:1 has been our main focus in prayer and it's so exciting to see God move, perform His word, as we are consistent in declaring this verse and many others faithfully in warfare prayers. We're seeing healing and restoration of family relationships and know this is only the beginning. As we learn to follow His lead...grow and expand in intercession for others, we are moving ahead with expectant hearts. God has shown that He is always faithful...we expect to see the miraculous! More to come...

Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him. Since He lives to intercede for them.

(Hebrew 7:25)

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people.

(Ephesians 6:18)

She came and began to bow down before Him, saying, "Lord, help me!". Then Jesus said to her, "O woman, your faith is great; it shall be done for you as you wish." And her daughter was healed at once.
