Trust Me / 2026

One early morning in late 2025, as I began to pray, a loved one who was struggling was heavy on my heart. As I prayed, the Lord spoke audibly to my spirit:
“Will I not do what I say I will do?”
His voice was full of love and compassion, yet He was gently correcting me. It wrecked me. My heart was filled with love for Him, and all I could say was, “Yes, Lord, I'm sorry. You will.”
I'll never forget it.
Trusting Him is more than believing that He exists. It means believing that He is who He says He is and that He will do what He says He will do—even when I cannot see how.
Life can feel uncertain and overwhelming. We can easily fall into worry, try to figure everything out ourselves, or depend on what we can see. But God asks us to come to Him, trust Him instead of leaning on our own understanding.
When we fix our eyes on Jesus, become still before Him, meditate on His Word, and surrender what concerns us, something begins to change inside of us. His peace settles our hearts. His love reminds us that we are not alone. His Spirit is already within us. Sometimes we simply need to become still long enough to remember that He is there.
Life may be unpredictable, but God is always faithful. He is sovereign over ALL things. His promises become an anchor for our souls, especially when circumstances are difficult.
Jesus said that faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains. I choose to believe Him. I choose to trust Him. I choose to surrender what I cannot control and place it into His hands. I believe You, Lord. You will do what You say You will do.
God’s Word is supernaturally alive. As we continue to come to Him, His Word will transform the way we think, quiet the patterns of worry, and teach our hearts to rest in Him. Peace will gradually come and stay. Welcome transformation!
The Scriptures below are verses that have strengthened my faith and reminded me to trust God. I pray they will strengthen yours too.
Blessings!

Scripture:
This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, (Hebrews 6:19)
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)
"Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You." This verse emphasizes reliance on God during fear.
(Psalm 56:3)
"It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man." (Psalm 118:8)
“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2)
So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. (Matthew 17:20)
